but I own a silkscreen company in downtown L.A., & use my car for deliverys too...

so impractical for real estate
perfect for silkscreen...

I'm a Graphic Designer currently employed in a Sports memorabilia company. mostly trading cards but we also do card games, like the Dragonball & Inuyasha card games.
