Oprah has some good info on there. I've learned alot from baby safety (though I have no kid) to how to be a hard target against a sexual predator

 

are you kidding my the Food Network is the best. I love Good Eats (cuz he's a local guy for me) and Iron Chef America. You can't go wrong with those two.

anytime she flips to the Lifetime channel when their airing those Lifetime Originals. Seriously how many movies can they make about a 16 year old getting pregnant??? I mean yeah great they have good morals but seriously get creative.

 

Food Network is great.

I love the "My Super Sweet Sixteen" shows, they are funny as hell.

 

If it is any sort of reality competition show she watches it.
