Ooo... I'd go to Philly for this... and I think the woman even has the weekend off.

Here goes.

I think that I deserve to go b/c I'm passionate about cars and products and the entire culture. Now that I finally have a car that I can appreciate and mod and truly be happy with, I like to be able to contribute any of my knowledge to the community. I do this daily and you can tell by my post count and status here.

Being able to go to SEMA would just be an awesome addition to my knowledge. I'd be able to learn much more about the products and vehicles out there. As well as bring that knowledge and information back to the community here and elsewhere. And the second ticket would go to my g/f who shares the same love and passion for her car, that I do for mine.

So in summary, I feel that the two tickets I may receive would be completely unwasted and would be used to their entire potential by not only myself, but also my girlfriend as we would both appreciate and be thankful for the opportunity to see such a show.

Oh... and yesterday was my b-day and that would be an awesome gift!

*sigh*

Done.

well, i was going to write for this, but i think my wife would kill me if i took her to SEMA for HER BDAY!

so instead i'd like to make a case for avus (raul).
he prob. doesnt have to go and im sure could make his way in somehow (that guy), but he does alot for our car club, way more than he should.
i think this would be a nice way of us saying thank u to him and i know he would enjoy and while he was there he would still be tryin to help out the entire scion community.
thats all
good luck to all

well i went to sema last year in atlantic city and i was all site to go this year.. but to find out that it's being held in philly was a major blow to the head.. that means i gotta spend more money if i want to go. damn that sucks. the hole in my pockets are already getting so deep i think that i think a mole family is living in it. i got college to pay for, my plane ticket to get to college. and if i go to sema the round trip bus ticket and sema to pay for. dang it would be really cool if there was one or two less things i had to pay for!! and two would just make it better. than i could take that ot chick i have always wanted to get to sema with me. well hopefully SOMEONE will hear my cry and be vert GENEROUS to me... but til than i guess sigh.....

theres my story and it's all tru

Well..

I think I deserve the tickets because what better way is there to start off the show season than a trip to the SEMA IAS? When I roll to an event like this, you can put your bottom dollar that I will represent the Scion culture. Last year, ScionBandit and myself cruised all the way to Atlantic City to represent both the Dealerships and the Scion Enthusiast's from Maryland.. why not let me continue that tradition. Hook a brotha up with some tickets... I'll even set myself up for this..

"I will do anything for those tickets.. you name it.. concider it done!"

I am a medic in the navy and work at the "president's hospital" in bethesda, md. I work up on a ward taking care of injured marines and other soldiers that come back from iraq. Recently, my good friend, Harris, was shot twice in the back while saving his sister's life. One of the bullets riccocheted off of his spine and hit his splean. He was in critical condition for a couple days, but eventually came to (thanks to the top notch docs). He is really enthusiastic about cars, especially scions. He always wants to ride with me wherever I go. It would mean the world to him if i showed up at his hospital bed with 2 tickets to SEMA. I dont think it would make up for what happend to him, but I believe it will make him forget some of the stuff he's been thru for a short while.

that's my story and i'm stickin' to it.

i think i should go because... well.. i just should!

my whole NoVa SE crew is going and showing, and I can't afford it.. so I wouldn't be able to go. If I had a ticket, then I could slap it in my boss's face and be like "Booyah! I'm gone!". Then I can go to the show, see some hot rides, and represent with NoVa Scion Evolution. That's how we roll. =P

Why do I derserve to win?

Cause writing about something that you deserve to win is pointless. You cannot tell if something is telling the truth or not in these kind of situations. The Point comes down to who really has the best kind of story not who deserves to win. I am just your run of the mill college student with a Tc and a few goodies on it. I haven't really been to any shows besides the major auto shows like washington auto show or HIN ( once ). going to sema should be fun. So why should I win?

Cause I keep it real Son.

I keep it real.

^ Haha... no Scion and no SEMA tickets = No hot chick for you.

JK.

Kinda works out OK for me though. We're throwing a bday party for my g/fs daughter on Sunday and were just going to go down on Saturday, but now we have the day to plan and setup.
