i'm thinking spain brazil or england ...my coworkers are all betting by writing their team on a piece of paper and putting in $20 into a pot each.

I disagree wholeheartedly. I think England has what it takes to go far. The deeper they get, the more their physical play is going to benefit them and wear down the opposition. My opinion only, however.

What the heck was England thinking putting in Crouch as a late replacement? You need his head early. Save the speed and finesse for late game heroics.

 

the Usa game was boringgggg, Im glad that argentina won but im annoyed that they havnt changed that stupid strategy off putting 10 men back as soon as they score a goal, they had chances to score 4 more goals at least, they need to keep attacking, nigeria could've scored 3 times as well

 

MEXICO all the way! little late post but...Mexico is good at getting the ball around but CANNOT finish they have all these shots and 0 goals. but its ok ive got there support! VAMOS MEXICO!!! will see how it goes vs France on the 17th.

 

sooo who thinks portugal will lose tomorow, i think there team is mediocre at best so i think they might, im hoping brazil gets distracted by the vuvuzelas and loses to north korea ;)
