Not sure if anyone else has posted this or not, some Bimmer guy on our local forum posted the link. I would agree that it is a pretty awful mod, but 15 pages in 3 days? Those E90 guys are ruthless. Just thought I'd share with you guys.

Well keep in mind (especially when you look at those guys accessory lists) that most of those people buy stock options.. period. Cookie cutter cars that stand out because of the hood ornament on them (not bashing the beamer at all, they are nice, but that is how a lot of them are... nothing out of the ordinary for sure). So he will get raped over there for that... But that is one horrid looking exhaust in my opinion as well! I prefer mods to fit in with the rest of the car nicely, plus the welding looked horrible on it! But it is his car.. so if he likes it I guess

 

I am not sure what is worse though... that mod or the attrocious smugness of some of those @$$holes on the site!!!! Not because they dont like his mod... but read through some of the smug-a$$ed comments they make.

 

i think the mod looks pretty good, guess those other guys just think their cars are" perfect " right, crap, if they saw my xB, they would bash me in to hell 10X worse them him. I gove him props for the nice set up!!!!

 

Think they don't bash like that on here? Look up some of the topics on winged tC's....LOL. Or xB motor swap is another good one! They (we) are just as harsh on here my friend! Just not as vulgar due to the restrictions on language here.
Good find though! Gave me a laugh at how we aren't the only ones that hate honduhs. I feel a little better about myself now, because I thought you had to drive a Scion to hate on Honda's. I was wrong again!!! WoooHooo!

I feel bad for the guy. He proves that being able to afford something classy doesn't make your taste classy, but sheesh. You can easily see on there, though, how people just follow what everyone else says. It only took one person to break the ice and say that they hated it and the hate came pouring in.

If no one had stood up first, everyone would have just sat around and not really cared.

 

well, I'm not really a hater but after seeing how the guy has become celebrated and made famous by so much attention in just one week,,,, welll..... WHAT else could a guy do but heap on the comedy coals?

He's not hurting, I'm pretty sure of that. He now has the most famous tip of all bimmers on the internet.... of all cars in the world! He should never ditch that tip now.

There's some magic in that guy. Innocent likability or people would not be so persistant in the comedy.
