Default Xbox360

No I'm not talking about my car doing donuts either, lol!

I'm looking to go pick this up in the near future

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Micro...oductDetail.do

Is it a good system to buy? Will it do what I want? How many saves will 20GB hard drive hold?

They make so many of them now days, I don't know what's the difference in them. Basically I'm just looking to play a few games on it and MAYBE hook the net up to it, but that's nothing major.

Let me know, thanks!

If I were you, I'd get it. Game saves do not take up that much memory, things like downloads, music, and videos do. I have a 20 GB 360 (away getting serviced for "ring of death"), and have no trouble with memory. As long as you are smart with how you use it, 20 gigabytes is plenty.

we bought the elite version, which comes with a 120GB and black controller/console and the HDMI (i thinj they all have the HDMI now, but not sure). It was 450 at Bestbuy. If I had waited a few weeks later, I could have got the two games with it, but I missed out on those. 350 for the one you are looking at is what they are going for around here...good luck with it and ENJOY!!!

yea, that setup should be good for you. I know you said the online aspect wasnt huge for you, but you should really consider it. Xbox Live is the best thing that ever happened to xbox. But if you really are looking for more casual, im not sure its crucial.

Is the Xbox Live thing something you have to pay for?

Yeah its $59.99for Xbox Live Gold (MSRP, but you can shop around), but you get 13 months of service. So its around $4-6 per month. And its SOOOO worth it, if you have not played online, you haven't played.

By the way, it has Xbox Live Silver free, but it does not allow online gaming, generally speaking.
