Default Zouire Marketing/Scion Gear...New Era tC Hat

Just want to let everyone know that if you ordered a New Era tC hat from Scion Gear, it will not be shipping any time soon. Once again I called to check status of my order and then and only then did they inform me that it has been backordered.....again! First they say the 15th of July, now they say the 1st of September.

I think it is a poor choice of Scion to use this company to market their gear. They have horrible customer service and don't supply the product when they say they will, or even contact you to let you know it is backordered.

One other problem I have with this company is they have sent me two different e-mails regarding product being backordered, product that I did not even order. So they tell me about the stuff I have never placed an order for, but don't let me know about the one thing I have ordered.

My advice, be careful buying anything from Zouire Marketing/Scion Gear....I know I never will again.

No kidding. If you paid $40 for a baseball cap, I'd say its safe to say you got screwed.

I wish they had "normal" basball caps, to. Those fiddy cent ones don't do it for me.

The price isn't the issue. If you go to any hat store a New Era Hat is gonna run you 30 bucks, that just standard. The issue was how the backorder was handled and how I was handled when I called to inquire about it. Don't want to discuss the cost thing again, that was already debated upon in another thread.

Just wanted to inform anyone else who was waiting for one to keep waiting.

I would like to say that I have personally delt with this company with no problems. But I do understand about how this company has poor customer service and I think their prices are on the high side. Also most of there products don't even say scion on them

I work for a large leisure sports company and we know if our vendors aren't going to get us our product weeks before the release date. If they had contacted me when they knew it was going to be backordered, I wouldn't have minded waiting. It's the fact that they don't tell you a thing and wait for you to contact them and then give you attitude regarding you being upset. I was polite because I know what it feels like to be on their end, but expressed my frustration and that is when the attitude came about.
