DSLR Owners Unite! (56k? Are you kidding me?)

attacking my new wheels to bash out a light bend...
so this dude on flickr posted my pic on his flickr. what should i do? i posted a comment and sent him a message to take it down but i dont know what to do next... its kinda not cool cause he didnt credit me or ask permission?
i tried to be all professional and bs when i commented.. dont laugh too hard..... but i really wanted him to take the pic down....

"Good images" are not the result of a dslr. I know people that can take fantastic photos with disposable cameras. It's all about composition and having an eye for things. Photography is thinking before you take a picture, not just snapping away. I know what you're trying to say and I'm not criticizing you, I'm just pointing out that simply getting a dslr will not magically give you amazing photos.
