I'm doing a N/A build on my tC and plan on using the Camry Hybrid 12.5:1 pistons since they come with a standard bore size. Would there be any issues if I went ahead and purchased these rods....I understand your previous statement about 400+ whp before failure starts but can compression ratio have any adverse affects on these rods? Just want to inquire before I make the purchase.

You wouldn't happen to have a full bottom end bearing set (main, thrust, rods) sitting around would you?...

On a NA set up with high compression would put a lot of stress on the rods and rod bolts. I would put aftermarket lightened rods in it.
The rods and pistons come with brand new rod bearings. I can get you full bottom end bearing set. OEM

Apparently from what two mechanics have told me I loosened a rod in the motor. So these would be perfect it that is the problem. I hear its fairly common in the tc. Is that true?
