hey quick question. The ebay exhaust will pass state emissions test right?

what makes an exhaust fail those tests?

 

should pass emissions...its only a resonator delete...resonator for sound and still wasnt loud like i wanted it...LOL your header and downpipe is the part on the motor that has the two catalytic converters...anyone chime in if they know more, but i'm 99.8% positive that resonator only for sound.
