I have a pretty much new Gates Blue racing serpentine belt. Part # K040476RB. I only had this on my car with my stock alternator and ran it in the driveway just long enough to flush and fill the coolant and to bleed the power steering system. I have an aftermarket alternator that requires a different size belt and this was only used to do the maintenance and then removed and replaced with a different belt. Maybe 1 hour total of run time on it. Never was driven with it installed. These blue racing belts are very nice. Worth every penny.
