is this the carb legal one??? that is supposed to produce up to 8 HP on stock???

I can do 200 shipped if you're in Jacksonville. I'm in central Florida. I don't believe it's the carb legal one. It's just a regular short ram but with the cold air box around the filter. The carb legal one has some weird plastic box the filter element sits in or something.
