Bought and received the '55mm' pulley today. Not as described, not NST, not brand new(scratches/nics), not even a 55mm(60mm).

 

Yea Bro, I Bought the 65mm pulley from him and it wasn't a NST either. No logo, different design and color. He stated new but when I got it, there is plenty of scratches, scrapes, markings all over it. I been trying to do some research and see if NST ever release this type of pulley because he said he bought it 5 years ago. But didn't find anything. Its not an agency power pulley either..

They also sell aftermarket pulleys, and look like they dont have labeling.
They also look like they can scratch easily since they are raw ally.

I'm not sure on the shaft size of the SC(928 has two different shaft sizes), but the ones you linked could be what is being sold. I measured what I got and it came out to 2.37" which is listed on the site. They do have a 2.25"(57mm), I'm guessing that would give 11.5lbs?
