FS/FT: Pioneer AVIC-D2 (wiring harness, dash kit, PAC-SWI) - $260 shipped
SOLD!!!!
Pioneer AVIC-D2 DIN navigation head unit
Comes with the following:
West disc (inside the unit) - working
GPS antenna
Main power harness - the Toyota/Scion adapter is already connect (plug and play)
Metra dash kit that is cut for xA and tC. Not sure for xB.
PAC-SWI - allows you to use your steering wheel controls
Set-up for the bypass - allows you to control navigation while driving (i.e. input address)
Not so good:
RCA wiring harness is not included. I never got one when I bought this unit used. This is not necessary to use the navigation or radio; it's only needed to add a DVD player or MP3 player. This can be found on ebay.
The touch screen is not perfect. The edges (left and right) are not reading exactly (i.e. you press "A" and it gives you the letter below "A"). This only affect the input of street names if you want to spell it out completely. You can spell part of the street name and have a list created that you can search from. There is NO DAMAGE to the screen though.
Additional info:
This unit was installed in a tC and did not require any modification to the brackets to make it fit. The radio door will open and close.
This set-up is ready to be installed. All you need to do is connect the speed sensor, ground the parking brake wire, and connect the steering wheel control. Everything else is plug and play.
Looking to get $260 shipped. Local pick up is available in San Diego.
