sold my tc a few weeks ago, and hung on to this part. it's expensive to buy from the dealer, so figured i would sell it here at a discount and help out a member of the community.

i had it in my 2008 tc with the upgraded radio unit. i used it with my 2nd gen black 8 gig ipod nano with no issues. looking to sell it for $25 shipped to the lower 48.

 

Will this fit aftermarket head-units? If so, I'm very interested!

i'm not sure about the interface with aftermarket headunits... i guess that would depend on what wiring you've got going on behind the dash. there is a separate wiring harness that goes from the inside of the center console to the back of the radio location in the dash. the cable i am selling plugs into a port inside the center console on one end, and into an ipod on the other...

i can't tell what year tc you've got, but i believe the harness between the radio and the center console wasn't a standard item until 08+...

i guess what it boils down to is this: do you have the ipod connection in the center console, and does your radio (stock or aftermarket) have the input for the scion harness already there?
