Default FS: Wicked fiberglassed custom tC 12" sub enclosures

Stealth sub boxes I have. Not TOO bad to ship, they come apart in two (one enclosure, each side). They are heavy due to the fiberglass, but they are not that bad. Sorry about the two bright pictures, they were takin mid day in 100 degree heat. I will post them OUTSIDE of the car since they are in my garage now. Honestly shipping should not be more than $90, and if its less Ill refund the diff. The boxes are NOT heavy when the subs are out. They are about 30lbs each side. YOU HAVE to buy both sides, because the way they come together overlaps and you screw both "arms" together to form one solid piece.

Also comes with the "floor" that is OEM style interior. This is a fantastic setup, hits hard, and STILL lets you store crap in your hatch AND you can keep your spare tire! Some people install their amps there, but mine were installed in my passenger rear panels (take rear panels out, where the speakers sit, and install them there with a bracket/velcro).

If your local, I will meet up with you so you dont have to pay shipping charges. I paid $1200 back in the day to have this made for me (which did include the price of the subs). I am keeping the 2 subs I have at the price I am selling it at (they were cheap anyways). Put some $100 kickers, polks, rockfords, orions, whatever you want and they will POUND in this enclosure. It is mint condition, and you WONT find anything better for less money.

Shipping I will guess is $40 a side. So figure $80. I just need to figure out the best way to ship the "floor" part, which most likely I would reinforce with several layers of cardboard, just like the floor mats I shipped out recently.

I would send the two sides individually, and the floor by itself too. So figure on getting 3 packages. The enclosures are not that heavy, its just they are odd shaped, and need PLENTY of packing bubble wrap + a box that is the right size from UPS.

Items would be shipped via UPS too. Trust me you could put almost any 12" subs in here and they would perform fantastic - but I would stick with the shallow style sub over something with a foot long magnet to it. Dont buy this to put the biggest 12" sub you can try to fit, you do have to always look at airspace/enclosure to get the best bang for your area. Like I said, any normal 250w-500w 12" subs should work great.

I want to add that I WOULD accept installment payments. You can pay me $100 a week until the box is paid for, and I would hold it for you.

Do not let this setup slip through your hands and go to someone else if your interested. I think this is a reasonable offer to someone, and its about 1/2 of what I paid to have this unit custom built. Whoever gets this setup will have one of the best boxes built out there, and one of the cleanest designs ever made in my opinion.

If you do installments with me, it will give you a chance to sell your box setup at the same time. All I ask, is that the payments stay consistant, and be a minimum of $100 per week (or $200 per bi-weekly).

I am trying to work with you guys on this one. Someone needs to buy this!

I am located in Harrisburg PA 17070.... And I think dont you can leave your styrofoam and spare in, I never did because
a) I had AAA (towing) and also had a stoptech big brake kit, so I couldnt mount up a spare anyways.
b)if I wasnt going to have a spare, there was no reason to keep the styrofoam in.

Honestly, not that I am going to go reinstall this in my car to see if you can keep styrofoam, but like I said, I couldnt use a spare tire up front because of my huge brakes.

If you have a stock subwoofer (i guess thats what the question from the guy above is?) then yes, you have to take it out/off. These subs sit flush against your trunk hatch on each side, and obviously if there is something in the way of them - it has to go.

The price is $650. If you are local, that would kick ___..

SALE is pending to txninja

OK so my custom fiberglassed trunk enclosure is now sold, pending complete payment from TXninja.

Just to document this, since I did accept to take payments, I will keep a log here of where we are in the process. The agreed term was a minimum of $100 per week, enclosure(s) to be sent upon payment in full.

FINAL sale price was $625 - plus $100 in shipping for a total of $725.

Today 07/22/2012 - Deposit of $100 was taken leaving balance of $625 to pay for the enclosures. I did pay $3.80 in fees for accepting the $100, but will credit this as a full $100 payment. Full payment MUST be paid in full by 09/22/2012 which gives the purchaser two "extra" weeks to make payments if needed.

Please - no one else PM me about the enclosure setup as it is completely off the market and is sold - pending completion of payment in full from txninja.

To make it look trick, and to add kind of a 350z "hatch" look. The box is also functional as in it does add a little rigidity in the back end as well.
