Originally purchased as a solitaire engagement ring at Kay Jewelers, the main stone was later removed and reset into this setting also at Kay Jewelers. The picture with the receipt copy shows the credit given for the main stone when placed into this new setting ($1400, just for the center stone, circled in the pic). Then the sapphires and smaller diamonds, plus the ring itself were the other $899 shown on the slip. Also included is Kay's Extended Service Plan (which you can see the pamphlet for). The Extended Service Plan is still valid and will transfer to the new owner!

The ring and all stones are in excellent condition. Seriously, like new. This ring literally just returned from a very thorough professional cleaning (sent it out through Kay Jewelers themselves). It really made an incredible difference.

Have this also listed on CL - and really prefer to meet someone local - but I'd be willing to ship to someone on here I trust. If you have less than 100 posts and I haven't really seen you being very active here, don't bother. This is an expensive item and I'm not going to open myself up to get shafted by a n00b.

Payment

Will accept Paypal for payment - but it will have to clear 100% before I ship anything. Shipping will be probably some sort of registered mail with insurance for full value. Will have to check into it - but shipping will likely be included anyway.

Thanks. It actually belongs to my girlfriend and I'm just selling it for her.

Little story to it though... the main stone was actually in her engagement ring from her previous marriage (that she paid for way back when). And since she paid for it, after they were through, she got it re-set into this setting. While it's not a huge issue, I didn't really care for her still hanging on to what amounts to an old engagement ring. So we're going to try to get some money for it.

 

Nice ring, Allan... I'm not quite ready to take that step yet though. Haha.
