I will be getting an iphone 4 soon because my droid is starting to crap out on me and I will no longer have any use for my ipod touch. It is jailbroken and comes with "incase" case. the part that goes around the charger cracked but isnt even noticeable when on the ipod.

WOW! That is EXTREMLY over-priced. If this is a 8GB, the highest i could see this selling for is like $50

 

for a touch? i doubt youll find a perfect 1st gen for $50.. and i just sold a nano on ebay for 76$ so i think you $50 estimate is a little off.

 

If this is a 1st Generation Touch 8GB w/ a cracked screen, is very steep. Not sure where your getting your numbers from, but here are some examples:

All of these come w/ charger cables and/ or case. No cracks of any sort either and they are newer than the 1st Generation.

 

i dont think a charger or headphones is gonna bump the price up that much, it also states or best offer. And an 8g and 32g for the same price? not the best evidence. and if your not intrested you dont have to post (not trying to start a fight or sound like a a$$) i put it on ebay anyway people bid more for some reason.
