Not sure to go with VRD upper/lower or jump on something like this with the '08 lower. I have OEM fogs so I'll have to cut up whichever lower I get.

 

didn't see any pics of his engine bay but the AEM oil cap and battery tie down are the chrome/polished ones right? pm price shipped to CA, 91304 as well as the vrd fog lights.
