yeah, I feel the same way. I paid for my stuff monday night and he hasn't even bothered to ship them yet. And it takes forever for him to reply too. Very frustrating.

dammmittt, am I the only that has bought stuff from this guy and hasn't even heard from him yet? I bought the headlight 2 weeks ago, and I've been waiting for a tracking code ever since. I've called, texted, and pm'd him, and NO reply. Hell, i don't even know if they've been shipped yet. I don't want to be annoying, I just want good customer service.

Has anyone else heard from him?

either this is the worlds busiest 24 year old who never has time to check his texts/scionlife threads/or ship out items, or i'm just getting ripped off. I paid for the item at least 3 weeks ago...and i don't think he has even shipped them yet. WTF!??! Just put them in a box, and send them to me. or give me my money back.

Maybe he's like me and works 12 hour days. I've sold stuff and it's taken a little bit 2 weeks or so but that's because I work 6 12 hour days sometimes but then again I have the ability to keep in contact with people. Idk what he does for work or what kind of person he is but I usually try to give people the benifit of doubt. That they are as busy as I am. Worse case is he is trying to screw ya. But I can't say that cus idk. He seems like a cool guy to me and I hear back from him every now and then which leads me to believe he is that busy. Shoot I'm 24 and I work 70-80 hours a week. I would have to leave work to ship something. And sometimes it's not that easy. That's why I prefer local sales. They can come to my work to pick the stuff up.

yeah i guess I never thought of it that way.. It just seems fishy.
I don't want to resort to having to file a paypal claim against this guy, so I'm gonna wait it out a little longer and see what happens.

I somewhat agree with Dave. I work for the Gov and I work from 7:30 to 8pm (4pm to 8pm is OT), so i know whats its like to be bussy. Sat and Sunday I work from 7 to 1 pm (All OT), and trust me i know about being so bussy that its hard to ship things...heck i told an ipod cable about 1 week ago and finally shipped it

but ultimately, either you need to have better communication or try a bit harder.

I think honestly that the best thing...is to just let us know from the begining that if you pay for parts, it will take x # of days or weeks to ship it out...I think I have been waiting the longest, but at the same time the part i'm waiting for its not a huge deal if it takes for ever...just sucks that you have to chase the guy around...anyway we just need to remain calm and hang in there i'm sure he is not ripping us off, just he may lack certain things that for the rest of us would not take for granted like status updates, better communication...at least I have his number and I call him and I am nice...i just say "whats up bro, how are you? any status?" and thats it I hang up...

haha have you paid for your item yet?

I heard from him about 5 days ago, and after bugging the hell out of him everyday (texting, calling, emailing) and filing a paypal dispute, he finally reached back. But from what he tells me, it was a reasonable excuse why his communication was so bad. He told me he got in a car accident the day before he was about to ship the headlights, and his phone broke or he lost it or something like that. He just gave me a refund and it's pending right now until tomorrow.

I wished I could've gotten the product, but a refund never hurts. I hope this guy is okay, and wasn't hurt in his accident. Have you already paid for the item cisco? and what item?

yupp, i thought the same thing after I ordered mine. I was like, "this transaction was almost too smooth".

Just keep contacting him, and defintiely file a paypal claim. He ended up giving me a full refund, but after 10 texts a day and calling him everyday/emailing him everyday and basically bugging the ____ out of him. I had to definitely work on reaching him to get my money back. Good luck, situations like these are the worst.
