What's the difference between the 06 and the 09 headunit? Does it have more power or better Ipod hookup?

 

im not sure about more power, obviously it looks diff.
and idk how the 06 headunits are, ive never even actually touched one. lol

the ipod cable hooks up in the back and there is a jack for it in the armrest.

 

that part is true hoodie... but for some reason I think I heard a while back that the main plug/harness is different between the years...but dont know that for a fact. Might just want to run that by calling the parts dept. of your local toyota/scion dealer to clarify....
