Will the alarm work on an 06 xA..and if so is it the one with the door lock/unlock key fab ???

 

I dont think it works for an XA. I searched it before to see if it worked on a TC and it didnt only 1st generation XB I think.

 

Can you get me the part number off of it...please...

 

There are 2 diff alarms for the gen 1 xB it depends weather you have the steering wheel controls or not.

BAT, I hope it works. I dont know why all Scion models have different alarms if they are from the same brand.

 

Does it have remotes with it ???

 

It didnt bring no remote controls, but I think its programmed to the normal scion keys.

I'm actually reading the owner's manual and it says "Security works in conjunction with your vehicle's remote keyless entry system.
Its a pretty cool alarm. It has the LED indicator like other alarms, and a glass breakage microphone.Too bad its not for a TC.

 

I cant find anywhere that it says it will or wont work on our xA..we have the steering controls but we bought it used and didnt get any remotes for the doors..crap I dont know what to do...LOL !!

 

The key dosent have the buttons to open or close the doors? I really dont know about the XA if itll work, but I only checked with the TC and they told me no because of some wire.

They are the car's stock 3rd brake light. I have pic.

 

On the xA's key-less remote entry was an option that had to installed. on xB's it was standard, tC's it was standard but on the key instead of a separate fob, if you don't have the remote entry you will also need it to install the Scion security systems. Also, if you have steering wheel audio controls you must use the alarm for those models w/audio controls p/n #08586-52961
She is selling the correct one for your car, you will need to install remote entry to get it to work.

 

I hope someone buys the alarm. It has all its parts and never been use.
