What would you charge to ship the steering wheel? Is the rubberized outer still bonded to the frame pretty well? Mine is de-laminating from sun exposure and eventually I'll be wanting to put another OE steering wheel on to replace it. It looks like it's an 04-05 steering wheel, I'm correct in that right?
