I have a extremely lightly used HTC Magic. It has been rooted and updated to Android 2.2 (Froyo).

This phone is unlocked and no brand on it. However, if you use it with AT&T you will NOT be able to use the 3G network. With T-Mobile, the phone will connect to 3G.

This is due to the 3G band that each of those carriers use.

I have been using this phone on the AT&T network with no issues. I use the wifi on it instead of the data service anyways. Screen is in perfect condition with no scratches.

If you buy this, you will receive the following:
