Game is in perfect condition, I am a fanatic about keeping my stuff mint. Of course it comes with everything, manual, case and game. Played it for about 20 hours, the scion tc in it is the only reason I bought it. Its VERY realistic graphics are identical to the layout of our car (the tC).
