yeah i got it still , no scratches on the screen, normal wear and tear on the back some scratches like swirl marks

Your prices in your description do not match your pictures. Is it $250 or $200 for the 3Gs. If its $200 its a good price. If not i say just want for the iPhone 4 coming out on the 24th. The 32GB will be $300 new and $200 for the 16GB 3Gs new. I have a 32GB 3Gs currently and if your selling your 3Gs for $200 I may bite but not for $250.

 

Also what firmware are you currently running. 3.1.3 or 3.1.2? Just wondering if I would be able to jail break it.

 

Those prices for the 4G iPhone are only if you are eligible for the upgrade. Otherwise they would be approaching well over $600! These are great prices on great phones!
