Default ....?

You sent me the engine damper without the bracket needed to install in the car. I asked you twice if it came with EVERYTHING I needed to install it, you said yes. You also sent me the TRD shifter with only 2 bushings. Please let me know whats going on here...

dude i sent the damper with a bag right there in the box with all the hardware i even had the rubber piece from my motor mount in it just cause it was sittin there so i sent it also, and i told u the bushinga were taped right inside thee holes of the shifter(granted that box they packed)....I find it seriously hard to believe that a shipping company screwed up twice and only on your 2 items...i have sold a majority of my car on here in the past 2 months and every single thing i have shipped is exactly the way described even the things that were messed up.

so i dont know if because theres no way to prove it your tryin to screw me or what but i have done every single thing exactly the way i promised.

I'm telling you the small bracket didn't come with the item. I'm not trying to screw you over man, but this piece is completely useless without that one small part. I recieved the engine damper with the strut mounting bracket, but not the bracket that connects to the engine mount. What am I supposed to do now? You told me the damper was packed with a small baggie in a box full of packing peanuts, but I recieved a box with the damper only and only had crumpled up packing paper in it. Why the difference?

Can you maybe contact the shipping office and see if something got left behind?

less than $15 shipped for the set you need on eBay. You guys split it, or work it out. Pics were never posted of the SS that's why I passed. If the description seems "incomplete", I usually pass. Also, there is no other bracket pictured with the engine dampener. If the bushings are missing tho biohazard, you should cover the cost of the new ones.

I asked him in a PM if it the damper was 100% working order and came with everything needed for installation in vehicle, he said yes. The bushings are cheap and available, so not a big deal. Problem is where am I supposed to get the brackets needed for this damper?

ive done business on this site for years i was a sponsor and sold items the entire time ive been on here. I [acked this item myself and i know exatly what and how it was packed....so the fact that something is said to be missing makes no sense to me...i am more then willing to resolve it....just really sux that now i have had sales drop because of these posts. just very upsetting that i didnt do anything wrong in this situation.

more then happy to do what needs to be done to resolve and johnny should attest to that because at no time have i ignored him on any of this i have been tryin to resolve the whole time.

shipping companies do screw up. I sent an extended shifter through UPS and the guy only received the packaging with nothing in it so things go missing for some odd reason.

Any idea when you're going to get that bracket for me? I really need to get it in my car...
