I will selling my tC it as is. No part out. I'm just trying to get a feel for things, as I really would like to get in the new car by winter if I can find one. No one on here is probably but it doesnt hurt to try.

Yeah its time. I love the car, but I cant afford 2 insurance payments anymore, and driving a turbo tC in the winter is not an option. The car has never sen snow, and I want it to stay that way. I'd like to sell the whole car to someone who i know wil take care of it. Returning it to stock will be a pain in the *****

 

So many nice tC's getting sold.

im guessing your gettin an evo or wrx.....your insurance on one of those cars is gonna be 5x as much as your tc.... your 18yo ...im 23 and insurance on an evo for me was gonna be $675 a month for full coverage,i pay $96 monthly on my tc. and unless you buy a car outright, you MUST have full coverage. i wish you the best of luck, but it doesnt seem like its gonna work out,besides you put all that money into ur car why would u sell it.

Alright guys. I have thought about this a lot, and dont want to part my car out. If someone wants to buy it as a whole that would make me happy. SO if you or someone you know wants a baller tC, get at me.

 

An 02-07 WRX costs about half as much to insure as a tC. I've looked into it already.

 

^^ ya i went to get an 09 wrx and my insurance was gonna go up 100 a year and that was before i switched to progressive.

 

Those numbers seem high. whatever I get unless it is a supercar with no airbags will be less on insurance than my tC. This thing is ridiculous.

You may not have gotten a quote, but you did say the WRX would be expensive to insure.

 

no issues what so ever. Its not a daily driven commuter car anymore though. Its not comftorable enough, cost too much, and eats too much gas to be a daily. I think im gonna take the insurance off of it during the winter, and just let it sit.
