GI: 2006 Silver Scion tC with 61440 miles with lots of upgrades
Just gauging interest on my 2006 Scion tC. Just curious to see how much I can get for this baby because I'm thinking about moving on to something a little faster and more luxurious.
Year: 2006
Odometer: 61,440 miles
Color: Silver
Transmission: Manual 5-speed
Scheduled maintenance: oil change every 3000 miles + other stuff (brakes, tires, fluids, etc.)
Overall:
* The car is in great condition: I wash it weekly. Detail it every 6 months by a Meguiar's certified specialist (wash, wax, polish, seal, shampoo. You name it. The whole shebang).
* NEVER been in an accident, not even a fender bender.
* It's my daily driver, so there's normal wear and tear. The paint has some blemishes, but no deal breaker.
* I NEVER USE CHEAP PARTS ON MY CAR. All parts are either OEM or from renown aftermarket manufacturers.
* NEVER been raced. On or off the track. I'm a careful driver.
Here are some of the good and the bad about the car:
The Good:
1. OEM lip kit
2. OEM pedestal spoiler
3. OEM 18" wheels (Enkei EMX Super 7) with wheel locks
4. TRD exhaust
5. TRD springs
6. TRD short shifter with leather TRD ****
7. Injen intake (short ram with parts to make it a full intake)
8. Clazzio perforated beige faux leather seat covers with black stitching. This is as one-off as it gets. Hand made in Japan and imported to the US. Took 3 months total. This is the stuff many Toyota/Scion car dealers put up as an option for new Toyota/Scion cars. Can't recount how many compliments I've received. My single most worthwhile upgrade.
9. Custom turn signals on side mirrors using authentic LEDs from LumiLED, the same LEDs used by Toyota. Work is done by my friend, a professional electrical engineer. There are 15 LEDs on EACH side.
10. HID from Scionlife's HIDextra. 5000K color temperature (crystal white. Totally legal)
11. Nokya high beam bulbs, Halo driving light bulbs, PIAA backup light bulbs, and full LED interior (dome and trunk light) and white LED license plate light
12. PIAA fog lights with yellow Ion Crystal PIAA bulbs. Custom made to fit the tC bumper with lip
13. OEM all weather carpets and trunk mat
14. Custom doors sills with "tC" painted black
15. Honda S2000 antenna. Bought from a Honda dealer
16. Badgeless front grilles with TRD emblem
17. OEM Aluminum pedal covers
18. Rear window is tinted 30%. Both sides are tinted 60%, which will not get you into trouble with the cops. The side tints are UV AND HEAT blocking. Cost me $250 just to tint both sides. You can literally sit under the sun with the windows up and feel no heat coming through.
Now, the Bad:
1. Front bumper has water spot stains from stupid sprinklers. Not noticeable unless get close.
2. Front lip has a scratch on the lower passenger side.
3. All wheels have curb rashes.
4. Some dents. They have been fixed and not at all noticeable unless I point them out for you.
5. And finally, normal wear and tear. By that I mean nicks and chips mostly on the front bumper and hood.
Ask anything you want. Throw me a number. Again, this is only a GI. Don't get your hopes up too high cause I might not wanna sell it.
