Default Scion tC Time Attack or hot street car, $7,900!

Name: tcfullshot.jpg
Views: 3054
Size: 38.3 KB

NOTE: I AM GOING TO PART THIS CAR OUT, ALREADY STARTED ON IT. If you want a killer deal on a properly built and fast tC this is it, not a street tuner, not a wannabe, a real car for a real driver;)

-------------------------------------

Buy with the first list below for only $7,900 or get the full deal as is, you finish the turbo install and tune(or pay me to do it) $13,900 OBO ($35k invested at least)

OR, get just the parts you want, can afford, etc and we work out a deal to make you happy

TC Time Attack car for sale, just no time to play! I have two Vettes, one full race car with a World Challenge body and one street/show/audio demo, I love my tC but it needs a new home, now!

------------------------------------

NOW SOLD AS BASIC AS I CAN EASILY MAKE IT You get to pick the options I leave on the car for your needs, budget, etc.....

Scion TC time attack car, modified class, can be put on the streets with a little work as well

------------------------

I will be posting some great pics soon so be patient please.

-Year, 2005
-8k total miles on chassis
-Only ran in 6 autocrosses, 3 TA and 2 HPDE ever, the rest were street miles and stock.

-2007 engine with oil squirters, low miles, balance shafts removed, much better than the 05 engine. Oil temp and pressure ports tapped into block, water temp port in head for the most accurate readings (gauges not included but easy to install, prewired, and gauge panel for the dash supplied)

-hundred of hours into this project including removing every inch of unneeded wiring, brackets, shortening studs, there is a huge amount of generic stuff in most cars, none left on this one, it weighed in at 2675 on certified race scales with most of the cage it now has installed and most of the interior, A/C, etc....

-CF roof, we had the very first on, on the car in early 06, custom fit, removed 36 lbs off the top of the car.
-Foam filled chassis, very very stiff, this took a whole week and cost $600 in materials I imported from Germany.
-Real roll cage but built to be street driven and raced, passed the NASA inspection just fine for Time Trials as would for W2W, you can even have a rear seat with the 3 removable bars I had built in. For a roll cage it has very easy access to both front seats, with passenger rear harness bar unbolted fairly easy rear seat access and looks great as done right. This is a full plated and welded in cage, not bolted to sheet metal like pretend cages and roll bars. Top shelf real roll bar padding for both front seats.

-LSD, Custom Phantom Grip race level(no LSD was available for this car when we did this) These work far better than most would believe;)
-Front splitter, canards, etc.
-Front brake ducts
-Stock size brakes with front ducts and Carbotech XP8/10 pads, very effective setup!
-Aluminum flywheel, custom sprung 6 puck disk(easy to drive, handles tons of power)
-Urethane engine and tranny mounts
-Urethane suspension bushings and crossmember mounts, full kit installed
-Short Shifter, custom, very short and precise throws, bronze bushings.
-Rear mounted battery sunk into floor above rear axle, fits Odyssey batteries, the best in my book and I have owned dozens of high end batteries.
-SS exhaust system.
-Stock wheels and usable tires.
-Stock radio bezel, no radio
-Stock hood with aluminum race pins, needs some body and paint work done, see optional vented hood below
-Stock hatch with holes for wing, see optional wing below
-Stock front seats and belts, front seats are used from another car and not mint but ok, see race seat and harness options below.
-Stock struts with cut springs, see coilovers below
-Stock sway bars, see rear option below.
-Rear bumper has a bit cutout for custom diffuser, see options below.
-Will include stock intake, inside mirror, airbags, stock steering wheel/air bag, etc....
-A/C has been removed, all stock parts will be included, if you want it, not installed unless willing to pay extra.
-Viper paging alarm very very well installed.
-ABS delete, modules and wiring will be included in sale but no lines. This ABS would not handle race tires, ICE mod is not fun at speed.
-20 lb, flush fit with rear cargo floor, 2.2 cubic ft sub enclosure. This car maintained 138.4 db for 2 minutes average with an Arc Audio 15 sub and 1kw amp. I can include the sub for a bit extra and new amps at a very good discount if interested. This was on music without distortion, we were going to race with it installed

There is a dent, not to hard to fix, above the passenger door because my lift stop jammed and the lift went a bit to high.

When this add was written KBB was at $11,275 in fair condition
NADA was at $9,775 average trade in

As above, $7,900!!!

-----------------------------
-----------------------------
OPTIONS, all included in the full asking price of $13,900

Unless somebody buys the car very soon and picks what they want below these parts are going up for sale shortly;)

-Custom SS turbo system, all TIG welding done by one of the top welders in the US, equal length tubular manifold, GT3076 ($$$$), TIAL BOV and WG, BIG IC, 3" Exhaust and DP......I have around 20 hours of work left to finish this and will for the right buyer or sell as is for a killer deal.

-Emanage Ultimate and PnP harness

-Racetech drivers seat. Schroth 3 point DOT legal harness

-18x9.5 Rota Gforce wheels, barely used, worn but possibly serviceable R888 tires, 265 wide.

-Rotora front BBK, barely used, not raced, custom brand new Carbotech XP10 front race pads and barely used rear race pads.

-Race mirrors

-Race inside rear view mirror

-Sandwich plate for oil cooler, cooler, lines, fittings(might require one or two more fittings, I will include all I can on hand but might be short a couple.

-Koyo Race radiator, mint.

-Kaminari reverse cowl hood, NIB, unpainted,

-Race steering wheel, I have several to choose from.

-Progress custom valved coil overs, Hypercoil springs, still rides great on the street, setup to handle incredibly well and drive anywhere on track, right over the bumps, etc....sticks like glue.

-Progress custom rear race sway bar, adjustable end links, etc....much stiffer than street bars yet works great everywhere.

-Hotchkiss adjustable rear camber links

-Suspension was copied, by permission from a championship winning road race tC, then fine tuned for this car, it is incredibly fast and stable.

-APR GT200 CF wing and height extenders

-Super Lite boost gauge in custom radio bezel.

-Wilwood rear brake bias adjuster, already plumbed for it and easy to install.

-With dash, door panels, other trim, carpet, two seats, etc the car will weigh in around 2,650 lbs but is very well deadened, more weight easily removed if you wish.

-Vinyl decals can be removed as well if desired.

------------------------------------------------------
Thanks
Rick

$13,900 as is, you finish the car and get nearly all the parts listed, most is done already!

I am open to reasonable offers on all parts now, emphasis on resonable for us both

"(email for pics, if serious that is, if not then please not, I am working insane hours on business and cars)" from original post;)

I am that busy working on 3 cars, building 3 bedrooms, a bath, hallways and family room as well as setting my wife up in a book business, close to 5k books to put on shelves and another 10k due before long.

Thanks,
Rick

I always do my best when parting a car out to honor those that come first, I never try to wheel and deal on a price once set, etc.....but sometimes it is hard to keep up with it all, like $30k in mods I sold off my Forester in a few weeks!

----------------

Notice below the tC, our 06 Vette, full audio upgrades done, intake, Z06++brakes, Z06 rear fenders, front conversion parts are almost all gathered up now, full suspension done, I forged wheels. Next up, lower rear gears, reprogrammed paddle shifters, cam, headers and exhaust, tune, many CF interior trim changes, designing and building a double hoop track legal roll bar, etc.....

To the right is my 02 Z06 with World Challenge C6 body going on it soon, full race car, should be around 2,600 lbs, 650WHP, etc..I do all this myself, cages, etc.....

----------------

Unless I find a very serious enthusiast to buy, finish and race this car I may just keep it, my family wants me to so they can have some fun

----------------

Even if I did decide to strip and sell it off the car still would be an incredible value for somebody that needs time to get the parts required to make it fast again.
