I'm old school man, 300 watts of good nominal power will push a non comp sub better than you realize. I see the ratings on the newer, high end amps and subs these days and just shake my head. Overkill by a long shot. Anyways back on topic before a mod. with a happy stick comes along.

I certainly do go for "overkill" or "head shaking". That's not even what a sound system is all about. That's for the folk on the west side to take a '84 beat up monte carlo and throw 28's on it and two 15" subs in the trunk and beat that mother down to hell. That's not a sound system. I go for quality all day long. I had 2 10's and was running a 1000W and my 4 speakers we hooked to a 700W. Pure quality. Just suprised to here a 300W on a 12, that's all. Don't get defensive.

It's all good bud, wasn't being defensive. Not my style. I'm just a bit short on typing. surprisingly the combo matches the stock system perfectly. R.F. sells the amp/sub/box as a combo. They nailed it for an affordable system.

So I just got a 2012 Magnetic Gray tC and love it! I already took it to a track and it performed very well and even passed some Lotus Exigs on the track around corners. My question is in regard to an exhaust; Descendant sounds awesome, is it as good in person and worth the money? TRD is eh, ok but too expensive for a not very aggressive sound. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Also I might consider the HKS Legamax exhaust. The Descendant is still the best sounding/looking hands down imo. I will prob. end up springing for a new one.
