Im on the hunt for a weapon-r 4-2-1 header/s-pipe combo for my tc. done my research and this seems to be the way to go for NA. if you know anyone selling this or have any suggestions/can think of any different direction for me to go as far as a header is concerned, let me know, im totally open to USEFUL/educated input.

 

Older Tsudo one is the same thing. I think it's v1 and v2 of the Tsudo. v2, they fixed all the kinks. I have one and it's good quality. Not difference really. I just don't have the WR/MMW tag. Save some dough. Hard to find a WR/MMW header used.

 

luckily, im not in any rush to get this, so if i have to wait to save money/wait to find a used one, then its no biggie. i searched the classifieds and it seems to have been a hot item to sell used....back in august, found like 3 or 4 from only that month. :? as far as the tsudo goes, thats the one that got taken of the market for copyright infringement, or something of the sort, on the weapon-r right? and the v2 is the "revised" version, correct?

and the header you have that you mentioned, is that just an fyi, or are you selling? :-D lol just checking

No there is no real difference between the tsudo and Weapon R. I have been running a megan header back set up {header.. s-pipe.. mid pipe} and I am letting the header go to a guy in my car club as I am getting the Weapon R.. Much better design IMHO. ERZ has them for sale rite now for $400 shipped..


Thats about 100-140 less then I have found it other places.

 

much better design as compared to the megan? or the tsudo? and thats a great price, thanks for the heads up because ERZ doesnt come up when i search weaponr header on froogle. do you know how long the sale is going on for because i probably wanna wait an extra week before throwin down the cash so it doesnt hurt the bank AS much

 

No worries on the heads up... as for the design.. yeah..its ALOT better then my megan... now.. to be fair I have not seen the interior of the header yet.. but I know its gotta be better then the megan. {had some nasty non meeting properly flanges} eeewwwwww*


as for the length of the sale.. probably a couple of weeks.. I saw like 4 cars rocking them at the last car show.. but I didnt get the impression that it was a sale from talking to ERZ, more like an on going price.

The MMR also has the donut gasket for the meeting points and comes with the CEL fix.

for money spent. i think its the best out now.. but thats just my .02

 

^ true, i know megan parts are known to be uh, not very good for a lack of better words. of course i didnt hear this until AFTER i got my drift spec cat back, but then i also heard thats the only good thing they make lucky me. even if quality isnt very good, as far as im concerned, you cant beat the sound.

as far as the header goes, i think i might just spend the extra cash now and buy the weaponr from erz. im a firm believer in you get what you pay for and seeing as how the tsudo is almost half the price, i feel a little uneasy with purchasing that one even though theyre pretty much the same design, i dont want something thats half quality, ya feel meh? lol

dcheader is 4-1 not 4-2-1 how its advertised doesnt come with its own s-pipe.

 

and u cant sell without having 50 posts and be a member longer then 15 days
