You do have to roll fenders. Depending on your tire size/brand rubbing will be minimal. You can shave down some of the metal on the inside and be fine. I bought my tires, Federals, which run wide long before the spacers, so I'm having to work around that. Granted one size narrower than OEM (215) but still wide. I think I'm at ~ -2.5deg camber, mostly natural.
