You're not reading. I shipped it out in the exact condition shown in the picture. If your friend received it in poor condition, then obviously the shipping service messed it up, which I cannot be held responsible for. 09tc318 should have contacted me immediately so I could file a claim against the company. Bringing it up for a first time AN ENTIRE YEAR LATER does nobody any good.

I don't understand what you and your friend want. I shipped it out in excellent condition, and you apparently received it otherwise. Logical train of thought would point to damage during shipping, which WAS COVERED BY THE INSURANCE THAT I PAID FOR. But instead of telling me so I could actually use this paid service, you didn't say anything, letting both the insurance and the hood go to waste. Whose fault is that?

If you're just out there to ruin an honest guy's reputation, so be it. But there's no way in hell I'm not going to make my side of the story crystal clear.
