Alright, they're shippin Wednesday!! I probably won't have them by the car show this weekend but def for the 403 meet next week.

 

ahhhhhhhh! waiting for parts is like waiting for sex lol hahah, days just get longer and longer! if they are shipping UPS you might have to wait 2 weeks man... lets hope gets here fast.. and CONGRATS on new wheels! cant wait to see them on

i guess i could look into the stickers, unless someone else would like too. if someone knows of a place that would print them for us.. or how i might go about doing that, that would be helpful

 

I'll look into getting stickers done as I'm getting a banner done as well.

 

just got the note today, rims won't get here t'il the 20th, so just the Scion rims this weekend.

well, I talked to the printing place. Unfortunately, whatever image i give them is too low res for them to work with.

Ok kids, for those who want to attend the car show tomorrow, we're going to be meeting in the NW corner of the parking lot at the Deerfoot Outlet mall between 9am and 9:30am. Obviously we're looking to make sure that those of us that show up can park together. If you're not there by 9:30, you might be S.O.L.

Weather looks to be good, so the turnout should be decent. Bring some lawn chairs to sit on as it runs from 10 to 4pm.

There's 3 of us confirmed so far but obviously, there's strength in numbers.

Recap of Sunday's "Nifty Fifty's" car show. Our Scions were very well received. TONS of questions about them and we even had a previously unseen Gen1 XB owner show up! He'll probably come out this weekend. Having the Gen 1 and 2 there to showcase the differences was great too. Now if only we'd have an RS series there

Good couple days of Scion spotting.
Tagged ANOTHER Polar White Gen1XB. This one is being used as a company vehicle, had decals all over it.
Then this morning, saw a dark blue/black one on 14th St near Heritage Park. Girl driver.

A few mins later, saw that elusive Grey Gen1XB on Deerfoot. If I could just find these guys stationary, we could even have more of a turnout this weekend.

you know area pretty well Tim.. u know if you pass Safeway there is a roundabout? as soon as you turn righ on it (to get to my work), it susually parked on that street... see the car at least 3 times a week
