Stephen the widebody alone will cost you several grand just to get, then a few grand to get painted and installed, and you won't be able to turn it back stock because they have to drill holes in the car, your better off getting a regular body kit and taking it to get painted

I say do it if you have the funds, theres nothing sexier than a widebody . It will cost you though.

it will cost you a mint, I'd deffinately wait on the widebody, till you have it nearly paid off, that way you can afford to put a "rider" into your insurance and if it gets wrecked they will pay to fix the widebody, if mine were nearly paid for I'd have done the widebody on mine

Only a few wide-bodies require you to drill -- several grand to get one and then to install? -- You must be talking to the wrong people J'dub

well the k1 that I was looking at, at the time was 2 g, 35+ peices, then you have to paint the entire car, because you have to pop rivet the quarters on and everything else, theres only 4 or 5 parts that are bolt on, on that kit, and the good tc wide body kit is about 5g, the rado kit

well, i've done body work before, my and my friend, installed a kit on his Caviler....i hate that car, but it looked sweet. We shaved the door handles and key holes and then he sold it, why? i dunno. But I'm the type of person, if you give me some kind of direction and instruction on something i'll figure out how to do it and do it well.

Just bought my scion yesterday 2008 xB here in Jonesboro. It's rather odd to have a car with 12 miles on the OD, but I like it. What do you fellas think about custom paint? I designed this as a "Skin a Scion" contest entry http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/56073490/ and would like to actually do it...Would it devalue the car at all or increase the value?
