I need help installing springs

I have a set of trd springs at home can some one help me install them?

I can help you. WHere you at? I did mine last weekend, and it was extremely simple. Took bout 20 mins for the back and a couple hrs for the front as mr. jagr showed up about the time we started the front :-)
