Default New xB owner in La!

What up, guys? I'm Shawn, and I live in St. Charles Parish, La. I picked up a 5 speed Shadow Mica '06 xB Monday night from Ray Brandt and have been loving it since.

I finally decided to stop making my "weekend car" (1985 RX-7) my daily driver; so, I went out and bought an xB. My older bro has an '04 xB with Tanabe lowering springs and an Injen intake. I plan on getting the same springs, rear sway bar, and a set of 17" Konig Imagines.

Any of you other southern guys running Konig Imagines? If so, post up pics, please!?

-Shawn

I like the dark on dark look, too, but I cannot stand when the paints don't match well. I think that anthracite or hyperblack would probably match the shadow mica well, but I don't think I could go with the black on the Imagines.

Honestly, I'd really love to see a shadow mica xB on bronze meshies like the Imagines, but through all of my searching, I have come up with nothing. I think the bronze in the wheels would really pull the green out of the shadow mica.

Thanks for the welcome, guys.

I don't know how long it will be before I get wheels, but the car will be dropped by year's end. I cannot stand the feeling of driving a semi. Heh.

I saw a pretty clean Shadow Mica box yesterday turning onto Williams Blvd towards the lake off of I-10. I was turning the opposite way onto Williams going towards Vets.

It was SM, lowered, black wheels, had Scion vinyl down the side, and had "Deep South Scions" on the back glass. Nice looking car.
