Scion Show Fest 2.0
Registration starts at 2...roll in around then or a bit before. Last time I went, the show was free. It's sponsored by the dealership. Prizes were 1st through 3rd. We all compete in the same class. Of course, this could change. Last time there were 8 or 9 of us there. If it's gunna be bigger, than things might change.

Not yet. Her wheels have come in and I'm about ready to order the tires...provided they haven't gotten rid of them yet. She's supposed to be looked at this Friday when my parents are running my younger sisters all over the countryside.
It's a pain in the keister to get my folks to take Vix to the frickin body shop. Everyday they say they'll take her but everyday they go "we were busy" or "things came up".
Holy crap. I'm gunna have to fly home for a week just to get Vix set up for this show.

Got Vix's first estimate today. $432 to fix both bumpers (the front one had a issue earlier...got hit by a chunk of rubber from a dump truck). 2 day repair window. I'm working with my insurance right now to see about getting her fixed prior to the show.
I found some tires at Gateway for $425 to fit the wheels I just got for Vix. I was looking at Dunlop SP9000 but found some Kumo*(however you spell it....sheesh) in the same size. That price includes mounting/balancing/installation. It'd cost me more to buy the Dunlops.
Only thing is, the guy said that the Kumo's aren't great for mileage. I'm guessing that they're pretty soft tires.
