Default What type of vehicles are popular in New Orleans?

Hey guys, wondering if you could give me your help and opinion. I'm going to school at Northwood University in MI. One of my projects is to make a dealership website and I was assigned New Orleans as my city. What are the most common, sought out types of vehicles there? SUV's? Cars? Sedans? Sportscars? Trucks? Vans? Hybrids? How about wheels, tint, accessories, etc? I'm supposed to market my dealership to the city. Thanks for your input.

Well, lately it's been cars like Chargers, Monte Carlos, Impalas, old school Chevys, Oldsmobiles, and just about any 2000 and up SUV. All of them have really big rims, pretty much nothing smaller than a 22. Medium to dark tint and lot's of audio and video. Like the average SUV will probably have at least 4 12's or maybe 4 15 inch subwoofers and with more tv's and tv's bigger than most people have in there house. I've seen a guy with a 42 inch flat screen in a Escalade with 24 inch rims. It's not my thing but it was tight. Anyways, is that enough info for you? If not just say the word and I can fill you in on more. Oh, we also have quite a few high end cars like Porche's, BMW's, and Mercedes's. Not a lot though, but if I were you and you had to sell a city a car dealership, I'd go with an import one type of dealership or a Chevy dealership. If you want to see an example of an import dealer go to www.importone.com and you'll see what I'm talking about. Just go to inventory and then click search. Good luck with your project.
