Default *Updated* - D & S Holiday Party - Please RSVP on Scionet

'Tis the season for sharing! Thank you Janice for getting the party started! We will miss you that night! Great suggestion Eddie to cruise the lights!

To accommodate as many Scionetics friends as possible, The gift-giving portion of the holiday party is optional. If you choose to participate in the white elephant gift exchange, you are limited to spending no more than $20 on a gift. If you do not bring a gift for the exchange, you will not receive a gift.

For those who would like to have dinner or appetizers together and participate in the gift exchange, we will be meeting at Fuddrucker's at 5:30 p.m. The address is 7704 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ 85308 (77th & Bell, just off 101). At 7:00 p.m. we will head out to the Arizona Celebration of Lights at Loop 101 & 75th Avenue.

Please remember that the cost per carload is $12.00 or $10.00 if you bring 3 cans of food. Let's bring as much canned food as we can to benefit the Salvation Army, St. Mary’s Food Bank and others this holiday season. http://www.koolradio.com/listingsEnt...8&PT=Headlines

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. I hope to see you all there!

Susan

Sweet, I'm down for some food and presents. Do we have to be nice, though? Somebody make sure you ask Amber what happened to my Wendy's burger? There was an extra patty.

BTW, the paper says the cost for the light show is $12.00 per car load and a $2.00 discount if you bring food or toy donation. Just in case someone forgets the food.

not to be a party pooper, but why is it so far in the west valley? couldn't there be a more central locale for us others that live in the far east and south east valley? there's a fudruckers at 20th ST and highland which is near camelback toyota. the reason is, it's just about 50mi one way to get over there. thanks *steps off soap box*

Good points. I think this one ended up on the west side because of the light show that was chosen and the fact that you can cruise them.

This particular Fuddruckers is simply near the lights and, if no one else minds, I guess the one at Highland and 20th street could work.

Sharpie? Anyone else? Move to the other Fudds? Is it big enough?

Trust me, I am in the East Side Crew (South Chandler). I picked this location due to the proximity to the "largest display of lights in AZ" and the fact that this was the only restaurant that didn't laugh in my face when I said a group of 20-25 on a Saturday night. If we are going to cruise this light show, then why not meet (meat) up at the Fuddrucker's nearby?

I differ to your judgement Sharpie! You put in the time to plan it, it's your show.

Thanks again.
