I guess it is time to start this. West side roll out to HIN. The most popular place to meet and easiest for all is Avondale Scion. Most of us know where that is right? Looks like roll in will be from 10a to 11a and there will only be a one hour window to do this. If we meet up at Avondale at 8am and roll out no later the 8:30 that will give us time to drive out and gather everyone up before we head for the gates. I don't have access to start a roll call on Scionetics so someone else needs to do that. Looking forward to the show.

If anyone has any other thoughts post up.

How do I get in?
Go to the car show registration/entrance and state that you are with Scion VIP and also provide your name to the HIN official They will hand you registration forms and 2 wristbands (1 for driver and 1 for guest) The wristband will allow you and your guest access to the event. You will be directed to the Scion VIP lounge tent.

If you have any problems on the day of the event, please call Preston Li at 646-529-6009. He will be onsite.

Friday, October 13th
2:00pm - 8:00pm - Scion VIP Roll In

Saturday, October 14th
10:00AM - 11:00 AM Scion VIP Roll In
1:00pm- All participants with wristbands allowed back in
4:00pm Event opens to the public
4:00pm – 11:00 pm DJ starts spinning (Scion VIP Lounge)
4:00pm – 11:00 pm Beverage service begins (Scion VIP Lounge)
6:00pm – 9:00 pm Food service begins (Scion VIP Lounge)
10:10 pm – 11:00 pm Shell Vpower Awards (Main Stage)
11:00pm Event ends

 

I'm down though i have no idea where avondale scion is.

Is this going to be for the cars showing or just general roll out

Will call opens up at 3pm for anyone pickin up tickets at the gates. Personally I was gonna try to get my ticket early, get lunch then head back over to the show.
