Default 2008 Scion xB Info is here

Hey everyone, we are down to our last three 2006 xB's. BTW they are all release series in case you are wondering. But I ran across this info and thought it would help many of you out there that are thinking about possibly getting the new one. It has some good info on comparisons and changes for thh new xB over the old one. hope this helps out.

hmmm. i like all the standard stuff that was not even an option on the 1st gen. its a completely different vehicle. still dont think it should have been called an 'xB' though. i am curious as to what the pricetag will be...

A lot like the picture, maybe a little darker, no sparkles or metallics though.

Here are some pics I took personally in Chicago.

That doesn't seem right. If it's a mica, it should be sparkly as hell and about 2 feet deep. Not questioning you, but was that really the color, or are they messing with the names?

You are right, it should be. The color does look good, though, even without the sparkles.

The upgrades are awesome, engine, brakes, options etc. The interior is nice.

However,

I just can't shake the feeling that Scion went from bieng "edgy" to producing a vehicle that by outside appearances looks.....welll......Suburbanized....too conservative as if to try and capture the looks and interest of a market that Scions "Phiposhiphy" of bieng different wouldn't really appeal too.

When I look at the 2 side by side...I just hear .......PT cruiser, HHR, station wagon......loooks blahzeey?

Just some thoughts.

Seeing in person may change my tune...doubtfull but anything is possible.

I am still waiting to see them in person for my final opinion.
Hardest part it trying to compare it to the box we have now to the new body.
