Saturday we need a meet up time for everyone who is going. Also are are we going to go with Larry Miller again? People dont forget jumper cables, chairs , water, sunblock, money to get in, and car cleaning supplies.

That is about the going rate on shows. Not sure what they have for festivites though. Does anyone know if they have power there? I need a place to plug in.

Where can I get a flyer so I can get $5 off price of admission? Also are we going as a group or we just showing up when we show up?

 

A good central meet up point or even somewhere by Firebird would be good. If we go in separate then we will be separated in the show.

Also I will be bringing a cooler so if anyone want to help out just bring extra water to put in it. I will have a case or two with me

 

i think a good meet up point close to the event would be that pull out right before Firebird where most of us met up for NOPI on your left hand side as you're driving to Firebired

 

power cannot be promised but it is a possibility. Depending on what the requirements that the vendors end up having and location I know I have used their light towers before to plug in a power supply for a company show vehicle.
