I know one person suggested LOWES for a meetup point. Im not too familiar with that area but my biggest suggestion for wherever we pick would be that its somewhere we can turn RIGHT out of so we have a better chance of all pulling out together. The least amount of left turns that we have to make from our meet location to the final destination would be helpful i believe too.

Anyone have any suggestions for an easy and convenient roll out point? We also neet to figure out a meet up time. If Crispy is saying we don't have to roll in till 7:30-8 instead of 4 then I suggest the meetup time be 6:30-6:45 and roll out round 7 or so to play it safe.

 

I am down for where ever to meet at. Just when we get there make sure to take the JOMAX entrance. Its for vendors and such, but that is where us, SCIONS, we be entering at @630-7pm. Thats my 2 cents.

 

there is a QT on bell and ave of the arts(11420 W. BELL RD.) my friends and i meet there when we go out to speed world. it has a big parking lot and a "private drive" on the west side of it. im not sure how many people will meet there but it might work. and then it will be a right turn on to Bell with plenty of time for everyone to catch/keep up. just a thought.

what about the mc donalds on grand ave and some streets past dysart?

 

I drive by there every day in the morning and afternoon, maybe will have to take our chance's Sat.

Ive got to be there early for vendor roll in but I was told vendors can roll in between 4-8 so I could still caravan with everyoneelse heading out early.

 

You can still roll in with us, cause we are goin in the Vendor entrance. Since Avondale is sponsoring this event, We get the VIP treatment. LOL. You can just lead us in Chris.
