Default Anyone work at Precision Toyota?

I need to chat with someone regarding an experience that I had there today. I want to know who I need to get in touch with to rectify my problems because the service dude I dealt with was an arrogant *****. If you could please post up here or catch me on AIM. My SN is Camaroguy502. If it says that I'm mobile it'll forward to my cell. Thanks in advance.

I really don't find this funny, Soupy_TC.

I will post up the story, but I want to give them the chance to make it right before I start bashing. All of my close friends have dealt with Precision and had good experiences so I don't know why this one was so different. I happen to know one of the bosses and I will get things fixed, but figured I would try this approach first.

Here's just a small part of the story to keep you interested, though. I took my RS3 in for it's first oil change (3,039 miles when I dropped it off). While they had it they put 18 miles on it and used 1/4 of my tank of gas! Granted the mileage was ok because one of the problems was only at highway speed, but to use 1/4 of a tank in 18 miles!?!? The only 2 ways that I can come up with are either syphoning the tank or beating the crap out of it getting to/around the freeway! Neither of which I'm happy about.
