I don't think there is a limit here. The rental house next door to me had 8 or 10 UTI students living in it and my butthole neighbors tried to get rid of them because they had ONE party. They also had several cars they were working on (their own) which the neighbors didn't like, but they stayed. I actually liked them, they used to borrow my lawnmower.

In Flagstaff you have to get a permit if you have 4 or more unrelated people living in one place (like frat houses).

Sorry for the long story, but I don't think there is a limit in Phoenix.

I dont think I did anything but this childish bs has been going on for about a year or so between them and the house right next to me. Im getting tired of it and I think they both need to go away.......

I am sorry to hear about this Chris! You would think that the Avondale Police would have something better to do than to shut down an abiding citizen's hobby shop. Bastards!

man this is a bummer cause I wanted you to do my paint work when it comes time. Looks like I'm going to be paying more if you get a shop which is cool with me just going to take a little longer now. Good luck finding a shop Chris

do what we did, go to a public computer, and order all kinds of free catalogs and magazines, with their names and addresses, everything from the clean stuff like drapes, to the really nasty stuff that won't be mentioned on here, that or get a rubber snake, glue it into the mailbox, with a little speaker that comes on when the door is open, to play a rattlesnake's rattle, and make it jump towards them when they open the door
