ok its done it like 3 times already.

every now and then when i turn on my car, it makes a loud noise, and it sounds like fi a belt is rubbing or something.

and i took it in to get check and they found nothing.

anyone else getting this?

 

Usally it can be from a loose belt, dirty or greasey belt. belts sqeak/squeal for all kinds of werid reasons.

 

mine squeals when I start my car with the air on.

 

then thats probably it.

any way to make it stop if it gets wrose.?

 

Change your belts, their cheap. Noise will go away ....

 

I have the same issue.... What belt do we need to replace. Its only when I first start it and if I only put in gear if car isnt warmed up. Noise coming from right side

and mine does it at start up as well. while i was holding the brake when i turned it on.

 

Im not an F'N mechanic , but if your belt is worn its gonna make noise. Sounds like your ac belt to me.
Ill gt yo guys some beltprices ths mornng. Its easier and more logical to replace the both at the same time instead of one at a time.

 

This is true.. anyone that has busted up thier hand trying to loosen that blasted one bolt on the altenator knows.

 

what they said, do them all. If one is bad then the other will be going soon.

Hey my car makes this sound here lately, and i am scared to bring it in.. Another ten days in the dealership and a major warranty hassle since i have a TRD pully. Ugh
