I was caller #8 to win a ticket package to this weekends Drag Nationals at Firebird raceway and now have a 1 in 98 chance to win a $45K Ford Mustang GT which will be announced at the races.

If anyone is intersested in going to the races with me to be there hopefully when I win let me know. WOOO HOOO this is awesome, only the second time I've won something on the radio. The first time was free tickets to a supercross dirtbike event, but never won a chance for anything like this....with only 98 people having a chance to win I have pretty decent odds.

Anyone that wants to go with me can go to ANY Ford dealership and test drive the new Mustang for two free tickets so it wont even cost ya n e thing to go.

I just got done watching that new Knight Rider now off Tivo so I didnt even have a chance to win that one.

 

I just picked up my prize package and tickets which also included a brochure with pricing. If you're wanting to go its $44 general admission and $10-$15 parking so i recommend going to test drive one of those Mustangs at a dealership to get your tickets for free instead of shelling out $100 to go.

well I went to the races, didnt win though. The had a preliminary round where ten people were chosen, of those ten they got to pick out a CD to be played, the CD had a sound of an engine starting....if the engine started then you won the car. The winner chose disc number lucky 7.

The races were cool, i had no idea how loud and powerful those cars really are. Standing nearby I could feel the vibrations given off by the engines.

Being that I won I had VIP seats right next to where the cars were taking off from so thats cool. What wasn't cool was paying $32 for a hot dog, a sandwich, two drinks, and two fries.....that just rediculous.
