Do you want Dezod or an affiliation of Dezod in your area???
it would be sick to have a reputable shop around here, lots of people (like 2000 move here every day) good weather, no tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes... monsoons are easy to handle, just a lil bit of dirt
Virginia beach area and across the bay needs a good tuner shop bad. It would be excelent because it would give you a fairly decent location as far as distance from where you are now but still far enough away to be away. The amount of people here in the age range for tuner cars is high due to all the military and the beach lifestyle. The weather is decent. There are a few drag strips whithin an hours drive so if you didnt have a strip you would have a place to go. But if you built a strip, it wouldnt be to close to the others.
Oh and did I mention I live here and need a place to get work done.

yeah we can all name the crappy shops we have here in AZ. They cant even put on a lightweight crank pulley on a car (speaking from experience, cause mine almost came off),. It would be nice to see a nice shop here.
Phoenix is hit or miss. I've been involved with the sport compact scene here for about 8 years now and there's only a handful of survivors left from the peak of import tuning popularity (yes it's on a downhill run now, good for enthusiasts, bad for business)
There's several dynos in town with AZ Dyno Chip being the best, and DynoComp being the most popular. ProComp, Chuck's, HASport, etc.
Local shops: Vivid, SRD, Apex, SCO, Randode, Element, Versus, Intense, Import Powerhouse, HTA, hell I could list a few more. There's a pretty good coverage of import tuning shops in the Valley. It would be hard to survive if you're only planning on the non-Honda/Subaru crowd.
Racetracks: Firebird and Speedworld, PIR and Bondurant. There's also SCCA events at least once a month at the 3 AZ Regions.
Good luck on whatever you decide though! AZ is a great place to live, and well to do something you love for an income...life wouldn't get much better!
